If the line lengths are 90 deg, all the Z's equal = 50 Ohms and sum point 100 Ohms then the design will reduce to the Classical Wilkinson with 50 Ohm input line and 70.7 Ohm arms.
All line lengths are the same degrees <= 90.
Both loads are the same with equal power split.
